RESET Empowerment Program
An 8-week guided coaching experience that helps individuals explore their experiences with epilepsy, develop practical tools for navigating challenges, and build confidence through education and reflection. Participants receive an empowerment workbook with guided exercises and reflection tools designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, and empowerment throughout the program.
Life Stages E-Journey
An educational program exploring how epilepsy can impact different phases of life — from childhood and adolescence to adulthood, pregnancy, menopause, and aging — helping individuals better understand and navigate these transitions.
RESET Training- Epilepsy Education in the Community
Organizations and businesses can help expand epilepsy awareness and safety by sponsoring a RESET education presentation for a school, workplace, nonprofit, or community group.
These presentations provide education on seizure recognition, seizure first aid, and the realities of living with epilepsy, helping reduce stigma and improve safety in community environments.
