Living with epilepsy is not a one-size-fits-all journey. Experiences, challenges, and questions can change throughout different stages of life. Through personalized coaching and guided self-reflection, I help individuals better understand their experiences, build confidence, and navigate the emotional and practical aspects of living with epilepsy.
These sessions are designed to provide a supportive space to explore your questions, share lived experiences, and develop strategies that help you move forward with clarity and empowerment.
Coaching options include one-on-one sessions as well as the Life Stages E-Journey, which explores how epilepsy may impact different phases of life — from childhood and adolescence to adulthood, pregnancy, and beyond.
Whether you are newly diagnosed, navigating a life transition, or simply looking for someone who understands the journey, these sessions are here to support you.
You are not alone in this journey.
Available in both English and Spanish.

RESET Empowerment Program
An 8-week guided coaching journey that helps individuals living with epilepsy reset the way they view their diagnosis—moving from uncertainty toward understanding, confidence, and empowerment. Participants also receive guided exercises and reflection tools through the RESET Empowerment Workbook, designed to help you process experiences, identify personal strengths, and develop your own path forward.

A guided exploration of how epilepsy may affect different phases of life—from childhood and adolescence to adulthood, pregnancy, menopause, and aging—helping individuals better understand and navigate these transitions with knowledge and confidence.

Living with epilepsy can affect mental health in many ways. Seizures, uncertainty, and the side effects of medications can sometimes influence mood, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. Through education, reflection, and supportive conversation, Auraclipse encourages open dialogue around these experiences and the importance of mental health as part of the epilepsy journey.

Epilepsy can affect women differently at every stage of life. From childhood and adolescence to adulthood, pregnancy, motherhood, and menopause, hormonal changes can influence seizure patterns, treatment, and overall well-being. This section is dedicated to raising awareness around the unique experiences of women living with epilepsy, including topics such as catamenial epilepsy, mental health, and navigating life roles with a chronic condition.
Many individuals living with epilepsy face barriers to consistent employment due to unpredictable seizures and health considerations. As a result, access to supportive programs can be limited.
Through sponsorship, individuals can receive access to the RESET empowerment coaching program, gaining guidance, education, and tools that support confidence, self-advocacy, and personal growth.
